Using Labmora
These terms describe use of the public Labmora website, simulations and teaching resources. Questions can be sent to support@labmora.com. If you use a school edition under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs the services it covers.
Public educational use
You may access the public simulations for personal study, teaching and classroom demonstrations without a fee or account. You may share links, print teaching guides for your own classes and use the observations you generate in your educational work. Please retain attribution when sharing Labmora teaching materials.
Content and licensing
Public access does not grant permission to resell, rebrand, redistribute or host a copy of the Labmora application. Contact schools@labmora.com about a white-label or other commercial licence. Third-party components retain their own licences; see the third-party notices.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, use it to distribute harmful material or misuse another person’s information. Do not submit sensitive student records through notebooks or support messages. Teachers are responsible for choosing appropriate activities and supervising their use.
Educational models
Simulations simplify physical systems. Read the assumptions, units and limits in each lab. The materials are intended for learning and are not a substitute for professional engineering, medical or safety advice, or supervised laboratory procedures. No examination result, exam-board endorsement or error-free operation is promised.
Availability and your work
We may improve, change or withdraw public features. Availability is not guaranteed. Export notebook observations before refreshing or closing the page; the public service does not provide a saved student account or recoverable cloud notebook.
School plans, payments and cancellations
The public site has no checkout or automatic paid subscription. School and white-label services are offered by enquiry. Fees, permitted use, delivery, support, renewal, cancellation and any refunds are set out in the written proposal or agreement before purchase.
Responsibility and legal rights
Use your judgement when relying on an educational model, and report suspected errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The version date appears above. Contact support@labmora.com if you need clarification before using the service.
